| Mr.Coffee
was born in Sicily 37 years ago and has run the gaunlet of Londons' Catering
Industry for years, working anywhere from Claridge's Hotel to Pizza Express.
He set up his small, but perfectly formed mobile Italian cafe´ because
he was sick of not finding a decent espresso in London - even though our
Capital is currently awash with coffee chains.
"In Italy we say making the perfect espresso is more difficult than making a risotto, so when you go into a bar the barman has had years of experience, he knows what he is doing. Here they give 18 years old student 1 day training- It is not right!" |
